Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Actual Fabric colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.
- The above policy does not apply on any faulty fabric.
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- Shipping charges are non refundable, additional return charges may apply.
- The product should be in it's original packaging.

OPTION 2 : Exchange or Refund via One of our stores
You can do the refund or exchange Via one of our physical stores.
Step 1 : Take your item to your nearest store with copy of your receipt or your confirmation email.
Step 2 : A store representative will check the item.
Step 3 : If item is in its original condition You can exchange it instantly or if you which to refund it, the refund will be received with the same payment method within 30 days.
